There’s no such thing as falling behind. Each session introduces a new focus or skill, allowing players to drop in at any time and train consistently on their own schedule.
Powered by Micah Lancaster’s proven checklist training approach, every workout tackles a fresh skill on the list. Some sessions are more advanced. Others focus on the essentials. But every day offers valuable, game-relevant reps.
Players can now train up to five days a week!
We know you won't be able to make every single workout — and that's exactly why our Skill Lab Training System is not based on a "can't-miss progression."
In fact, progressive curriculums for skill training are outdated. Every player is different, and every player's needs are different.
At Skill Lab, each workout introduces new topics, new skills, new abilities, and new characteristics that every player needs — exposing players to new weaknesses every time they step into the gym.

This program is pure skill enhancement for boys and girls of all skill levels, grades 4-12. Skill Lab allows players to progress at their own pace, improving at their own level along with their peers. This competitive environment helps push kids and take their game to the next level!

Skill Lab workouts are opportunities to get extra reps, not mandatory sessions that players must attend every time. Some members come just once a week. Others come more often. Either way — the extra options make it easier than ever to find time to train and improve around busy schedules.Most important, We stay committed to consistent training times, so each facility keeps the same weekly schedule — making it easy for players and families to plan.
